Ongoing power outage (2020-12-10, Amsterdam, power backplane defect)

his message has been sent to update you regarding the ongoing power outage affecting one or more of your services.

We were able to secure a shipment of HP SL230s blade servers originating from Berlin, Germany. The shipment is expected to be dispatched today with UPS Express. Delivery is expected to occur tomorrow, Wednesday, December 16th. We were unable to source these units form the Netherlands or to have any shipment arrive today.

We will follow-up with you and confirm this ETA once a tracking number has been received.

We do not know yet if Psychz Networks will be able to provide same day remote hands. Once we obtain a tracking number, we will notify them so they may cooperate with their technicians.

Upon reception of the replacement blade servers and availability of the remote hands, the first step in resolving this problem will be to eject the current servers from the chassis and to insert the new servers.  

If the replacement servers are received tomorrow, as expected, and if Psychz Networks providers remote hands tomorrow, then we expect this outage to be fully resolved by the end of tomorrow, Wednesday, December 16th.
