UPS maintenance - Los Angeles

On July 18, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, facility engineers will conduct routine UPS maintenance at our Los Angeles data center. This work includes battery and capacitor replacements on two separate UPS units that power equipment on the 9th floor. No interruption to the electricity powering your devices is expected during this maintenance window. However, the period during which your devices may not be protected by UPS-backed power will be minimized based on our phased maintenance plan. As a best practice, BoxRDP recommends that customers perform their standard backup process in preparation for this maintenance event.
****This maintenance only impacts devices on the 9th floor of the datacenter, and only cabinets that begin with 9.xx. You can find this information on your device profile and cabinet ID if you are unsure.****
