We would like to notify you of scheduled maintenance that is scheduled to occur from February 25th at 13:00 CST to February 29th at 13:00 CST.
The following IP ranges of service only (in Kansas City) will be impacted by this maintenance:
212.162.149.0/24
This is anticipated that this maintenance will take place from 12:30 to 20:00. It is anticipated that each impacted VPS would experience a total of 75–90 minutes of downtime. Please note that this is an estimate and that actual downtime may differ.
The goal of this maintenance is to relocate the aforementioned server in a different cabinet. The cabinet this server is located in is scheduled to be cancelled, as part of an ongoing reduction of our operation in Kansas City. This ultimately allows us to ensure that we continue to offer our clients the best prices possible.
Before moving the aforementioned server, we will attempt to gracefully power it off by a short tap of the power button. If the server has't powered off after a few minutes, it will be powered off by a long press of the power button. After the move is completed, we will power on the server and verify that the following IP address(es) is(are) responsive ping :
Note: We are finding no IP address responsive to ping. We will only verify that the server has fully booted into its operating system.
